What happens to the I94 given when one enters the country on a K1 visa? I have gotten my green card. I want to travel to my home country. However, when I am leaving the states, am i supposed to submit teh old K1 stamped I94 or just keep it. I know that it is usually a requirement to submit your I94 when leaving teh country. Any experiences? thanks.

The should have taken it from you at your GC interview. If you still have it, you can either give it to them or you can send it to London, KY, or you can take it out yourself and keep it as a souvenir.

Generally if you still have it in the passport - the Airlines people will remove it - it doesn't mean a thing anymore. Don't worry about it. Have fun
