My husband and I have sent out our I-130 packet, and recieved our first NOA about 2 months ago. From what I have seen by reading many timelines of other members we have 3 more months to wait. My first question would be is it possible to get it sooner? My second question being is their anything we can do now to speed up this waiting process in its intirety?...intervirew preperations, forms we can download and fill out to have ready etc.

Thank you for taking the time to read our post. Any thoughts and suggestions will be greatly appreciated! God Bless!

Have you read through the guides and wiki at the top of the page. They are very helpful and there are a lot of forms you will need for the NVC stage. You will need Affidavit of Support and tax transcripts, etc and Police certificates, etc. Once you hit NVC you'll want both packets ready to be mailed as soon as the fees are paid.

Good Luck.
