I called the NVC to check on my case status cz we got RFE then we submitted again all the documents and evidences theyre asking and so im checking whats the latest status after they received our checklist, then the AVR stated that after a review of the submitted documents theres still missing blah blah..and they mailed us a checklist last Jul 18, 2011 but we havent received any mail...and so im freaking out what seems to be lacking again, we did submitted evrything they asked for and now what somethings missing again...and so i log in to NVC website and i got an error message :

• Please be advised that the case that you have attempted to access is not eligible for further processing by the National Visa Center at this time. Please click on the Contact the NVC hyperlink if you believe that you have received this message in error.

from what i heard this error message is a good sign....how true?...please i need advice.....hoping this is a good sign please God intervene plsss....

sif means your case is finished with nvc you can call them and ask for your interview date we were also transfeered to tsc in november and i thought it took us a long time to finally finish our journey but you have us beat many of us transfeered to texas were left behind but now you are about to finish wishing u luck in the future

I mailed my documents middle of June separately (Affidavit of Support, DS-230) on the same date. Apparently they processed my DS-230 on July 8th, which they e-mailed me saying the DS-230 was processed, but they are waiting for financial proof. I assume they have simply not gotten to my Affidavit of Support yet. Sign in has failed since then. When I call the automated voice message system, they say they have received my checklist letter on the 11th (not sure what that means). I talked to an operator on the 12th and they said my packet was in final processing and should be complete in 4 or 5 days, but I haven't heard anything since. I hope everything is going well, I want to know my wife's interview date. I miss her so much.

NVC case is completed.. I called 2 weeks after mine was completed.. They said I had an interview date and then it took another 7 days to get the actual email

Jul 23 here in the philippines last night i kept on calling NVC the whole night until midnight but the same statement im getting from the avr "missing documents, checklist was mailed last Jul 18, 2011 blah blah..."..until i go to bed tired of calling nvc with the same message....

Jul 24 - i woke up early even i stayed up late so i can call NVC and talk to an operator..but i forgot is Saturday in the US so no operator, i listened to the AVR instead ...and guess what he told me.."CASE COMPLETED last Jul 20 , 2011".....................YAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO...........:dance::dance:

now il be waiting for the interview sched.....
