You may have to file an I-130 along with you I-485 when you wait to long.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

If you got married in Oct., and you file now, you won't have to file the I-130. If their medicals were done less than a year ago, you won't need to get a new medical either, but it seems like your time for that is ticking away quickly. Send it all in as soon as you can, and you should be fine. Just don't bother to file for the AP, since she should not leave the US until she has her green card.

NOOOOOO.... as long as they married in the 90 day window and she has never left the country then they are able to just do the I-485
