I have the same situation. My I-130 was approved in June 16 and it took a month for my case to arrive to NVC.

I don't know what the deal is, but that what happened to me.

I kept calling every day, sent an e-mail to California office where my petition was approved, even congressman was involved, but anyway it took forever.

Right now my case arrived in July 15, number assigned, but I am waiting till AOS bill is generated.

Good luck to you! It seems like not much you can do about it.

Hi, dear all,

Until today, NVC still didn't receive my file, my NOA2 approved data is June 27, 15 working days past.

Except send email to NVCResearch@state.gov, what should I do? I sent one on Jul 16, but no anwser.

Thanks!

Unfortunately, not much news here. There are a number of topics about this that I've been stalking, so I know there is a bit of a backlog between CSC and NVC. It seems to be moving now for some people, but yes we got it 6/24 and nothing yet (called today... AGAIN).

Want more, read these. It helps me to judge where exactly they are in the line (assuming it's first come first served):

Check it out, join us!! Some K1s, some CR-1s, but it's the smae situation, we're stuck!!

After 15 business days of waiting, you can send a copy of your NOA2 to nvcresearch@state.gov.

I did, no response yet (2 business days so far). Probably by the time I hear back I will already know.

My petition has been more than 30 days approved and still no NVC Case # :crying: I called yesterday and was told to wait for 4-6 weeks more for it to be processed. I asked when they got the approved petition and they said June 18th. It's frustrating...I was hoping they'll be here by September :(

Hi Panda!!!

I finally got my parents NVC Case Number. Anyways, I went to www.irs.gov and requested my income tax return transcript from the most recent (2010) till 2008 which is the 3rd most recent. You can do that online and it will come in the mail after 2 weeks. Since I'm submitting 3 years of Income Tax Return, I checked both boxes. I filled out the form so that everything's ready. Even if I have an income above poverty level, my husband will be the joint sponsor for both of my parents. I think having him there would make it a stronger case...financially. I am hoping everything will go smoothly after this...(keeping my fingers cross)

I try to order tax return transcript for year 2010, get the following message:

A transcript is not available for the year you have requested. Please complete Form 4506-T or contact us at 800-829-1040.

Did anybody have this issue.

Sorry, no problem now. Since my husband files the tax return, so I cannot use my name to request tax return transcript, now I use his name, ok now.
