You're making an assumption that the intent of AA is synonymous with your nonspecific understanding of how it is applied in real terms.

LOL ? WTH are you talking about? You showed on the other thread you don't have a clue as to what AA is all about. I brought up specific situations where AA has screwed peeps over including myself for the fact it's a racist law, and you failed to know even common knowledge specifics in regards to AA...even when you have access to Google to look it up.

A quick trip over to the department of labor.gov website ought to give you the numbers you seek. The specifics I was reading (I know I can't read well, but I try.) were talking about minorities getting over 40% of the hours worked on a particular job and women getting over 6%.

Is that specific enough for you?

Try looking up the phrase "umbrella term".

While you're at it, look up "umbrella policy" and or "racial profiling" or even good ol' fashioned, "sexism" and everyone's favorite, "racism."

The thing you'll find in common with all those is they place people in a category based on a particular feature instead of basing the category on the content of their character.
