Hello everyone,

I replied to VSC RFE letter this afternoon via Fedex with confirmation signature delivery. They requested the foreign document of my fiance, which I submitted as a notarized format, and re-added the english translation (previously submitted) including the original letter from VSC.

What is the income requirement for the I-134 support... I earn $57K yearly with a 401K account balance and saving account value.

Should I include a letter from the university dean showing my current GPA and graduating last week of Sept to send along with all I-129F paperwork previously sent to USCIS.

I plan to include the following items,

I-134

2007/2008/2009/2010 W2 statements and tax return copies as filed with turbotax

Past few months electronic pay stubs

401K statement balance

Letter of employment on company letter head

Am I missing anything else... please let me know.

Thank you,

S

I received an RFE and mailed the response the same day as you.

Have you heard anything back from VSC that they resumed processing of your petition yet?

The requested documents were sent via FEDEX and delivered on July 12th. I have not seen any update on the USCIS.GOV site with reference to the RFE.

Just curious if I should be calling TIER 2 or not..

I have not heard anything back from VSC either.

I Called a Tier 2 rep and was told to give VSC about 30 days. (Useless as usual)

I been scouting Vj for timelines for RFE at VSC but there is not a lot of info here ,therefore I cannot make an educated prediction as to what is the average processing time from RFE response to resuming processing and NOA2

Maybe people that filed at VSC gave up coming to VJ due to the slow processing that takes place at VSC.

Hope we get an answer soon

If it helps you guys at all, I got an RFE from VSC over two months ago. We got the physical copy then sent our reply back to them via FEDEX. It arrived two days later and was signed for on May 11. It took them to May 16 before it was logged into their system. We were given our NOA2 on June 22.

From what I can tell, they should log receiving your RFE responses within two weeks. Maybe you will both hear from VSC this week?

I hope we see a NOA2 soon

Good Luck

On July 25, 2011, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

WHEN SHOULD I CALL THE NVC OFFICE?

Congratulations!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

Very happy for you

Call NVC tomorrow ( give it about 2-3 days from the texts/ e-mail) and keep trying everyday until you get your case # and IIN. If there is one thing that VSC does right is the short time it takes them to send the file to NVC...this two centers are practically down the street from one another :)

Good Luck on the rest of your journey.

Pass some of that luck my way :)

Hi LookyWhatIFound

Hope you are next for the NOA2

Our response to the RFE is around the same day and I am sitting anxiously by my phone today waiting for that text. I am picturing the happiness that will overcome me while i read the approval. I might have checked my on-line account over 20 times since this morning

May we get as lucky today as the people who were approved
