I am preparing the forms for the AOS application and I have a question:

1) Do I (US citizen) also have to fill out a G-325A form?

Yep,G-325, don't forget your photos be sure to apply for EAD and AP there is no additional charge, one card will come with both on it. Mailed our AOS in April, USCIS acknowledged in May (took them 30 days), EAD arrived in June, still no GC or interview, pending. We are expecting completion by August 2011.

Sorry Im a little confused...So G-325 for both of us and photos of what? So, if i send the EAD and AP with the AOS application I don't have to pay for EAD/AP? And thank youuu :)

The USC is not applying to adjust status, only the immigrant fills out the G-325A.

If you file for the EAD and AP at the same time as the I-485, then the fees for those forms are waived. The total cost for sending in all 3 is $1070.

05-11-2011: NOA hardcopy (date 5/5)

05-13-2011: Biometrics letter (set for 5/27 date 5/9)

05-19-2011: Received RFE asking for tax return (date 5/16)05-27-2011: Biometrics done

06-17-2011: RFE response

06-22-2011: Online status "RFE under review"

07-06-2011: EAD approved *3months*

07-07-2011: Case transferred to CSC:)

07-15-2011: EAD card in hand yay!

I-90 Replacement of Greencard (for legal name change)

05-06-2016 Filed i-90 online. Receipt number assigned immediately.
