Hi, its very easy...

Sign up at the uscis website, create an account with the reciept number on your NOA1, then check the last date updated on your case to know if someone reviewed it (touched it)

Good luck....

Go to this link: http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis

It will take you to the USCIS website. On the left hand side of the page you will see a block that says "Case Status". You have to enter your receipt number. It will take you to a page that shows where your application is in the process. On the left hand side of that page you will see the option to "sign in" to your account. If you don't have an account yet, you can click on it, and then it will take you to a log in page and you will find the option to register a new account. Once you get into your account, you will see your case number...then look at the column that says "last updated". You will see a date there....that is when it was last "touched". Don't be discouraged if the date doesn't change. Mine still says April 1st. It seems that a lot of petitions are approved even when the "touched" date hasn't changed. I still check mine every day, but it just never changes. :(

While you are in this page, you can also choose the options for text message and email updates.

Good luck!

Thanks, I just did what you had instructed. And I guess, in order to see the columns last updated, I need to "Add a Case My Portfolio" and enter the case number. I was wondering a while ago, I cant seem to find the column last updated. It was because I did not add a case to my portfolio yet.

Thanks again guys! You've been all a great help to my visa journey. Goodluck to us all!
