the section for accommodations for individuals with disabilities and impairments on the form......

I don't need these so do I leave all boxes unchecked and blank or should I tick no on the ones that have the option?

Also where is asks for hubby's A# if any (he doesn't have one) so do i leave blank or put None?

it doesn't say on the instructions about leaving blanks on these things that i can see... maybe i'm blind.. thanks :thumbs:

if you are submitting an i-751, he must have an "a" number. it is on his greencard

Sorry wasn't clear enough....I'm the immigrant spouse with conditional green card he is a US citizen born and bread so he obviously has never had one...

If "no" is the correct answer for the questions related to disabilities, then yeah, check "no". If you didn't check "yes" for any of them, then you should leave the follow up questions blank.

If your husband doesn't have an A#, then it's not applicable. So "N/A" would be the appropriate answer there.
