I was reading a VJWiki and it brought up a couple of questions. They state you can email the DS-3032 instead of mailing it to NVC.

How do you do this without the barcode attached and without a signature?

Do you just put the case number in the email? Will that be considered official?

HI THIS IS THE E-MAIL MY HUSBAND SENT TO NVC WITH OUR CASE NUMBER ON THE SUBJECT THE E-MAIL ADDRESS IS( NVCINQUIRY@state.gov ) HOPE THIS CAN HELP YOU AND WITH THE E-MAIL WE ALSO SCANNED THE DS-3032 SIGNED BY MY HUSBAND NOT MANY DO THAT BUT WE DID AND WE GOT AN E-MAIL OF APPROVED THE SAME DAY.
