My husband received the DS-3032 by email from the NVC today. I'm wondering if it will be better for him to fill it out and send it back express mail or to just send an email to them choosing me as his agent. Any thoughts on which is better will be greatly appreciated! Thanks

I will have my wife (beneficiary) send in the e-mail and I have the Hard Copy as well just in case they do not accept the e-mail.

Sending it via e-mail can shave off quite a few days then sending it via snail mail.
