On the petitioners letter of intent do you not need to put ---United States Department of State

United States Consulate, [name of country where Embassy is located]

[Embassy Address]?

Is it just needed for the beneficiaries letter of intent?

Also what is the california service center address, i think i had it before but cant find it again.

Thanks

Both letters should have the Service Center's address on them for the original petition.

Though you'll be sending your petition to Texas, if you know that your petition will go to California afterwards, the address is:

United States Department of Homeland Security

U.S Citizenship and Immigration Services

California Service Center

P.O Box 10130

Laguna Niguel, California 92607-0130

Actually the address is not at all important. Simply "USCIS Service Center" would be perfectly fine. The letter will be attached to the package you send so it does not need to be addressed specifically. I needs to say she intends to marry you within 90 of her arrival in the US.

When filing the petition with Dept. of Homeland Security, (USCIS) there is no need to address an Embassy or Consulate. Those are part of the Dept. of State. As Gary has indicated, the letter need not be addressed directly at all. I suggest, simply,,,

date

USCIS

Oh right, I just got the example from here and it says to put the embassy address. Would it be a good idea to put it on the beneficary letter and not the petitioners?

Both or neither. It doesn't matter, really.
