Texas does not process i129f petitions. We send them to the Dallas Lockbox or the Lewisville address and from there it gets routed either to Vermont or California. Once you receive your NOA1, it will state what center your petition has been sent to.

7.14.2014 Early Biometrics Walk-In (Bronx ASC- gave us hard time and made us wait an hour and a half just to receive a number but we got it done) (Day 19)

7.29.2014 Status changed to "Testing and Interview" (no text or email notification) (Day 34)

8.28.2014 Received Text/Email "Card/Document Production" (Day 64 (Day 59 from Priority Date))

9.5.2014 Received Text/Email that EAD card has been mailed (Day 72 (Day 67 from PD))

9.8.2014 EAD Card received!! (Day 75 (Day 70 from PD))

9.12.2014 Applied for SSN (Day 79 (Day 74 from PD))

9.18.2014 Received SSN (Day 85 (Day 80 from PD))

10.08.2014 Received Interview Date for Nov 14th!! (Day 105 (Day 100 from PD))

11.14.2014 Interview Date!!! (Day 142 (Day 137 from PD))

Um, when you send it to texas it should then get routed to either CSC or VSC, depending where in the US the petitioner is :) I would be hoping for CSC, lol

Finally time for AOS.......

12/07/11 Sent AOS package

12/09/11 AOS package delivered

12/14/11 Received NOA for I-485 and I-765 (we're not applying for AP)

12/22/11 Received letter for Biometrics

01/04/12 Biometrics in Phoenix

01/31/12 Received email update from USCIS saying that we've been scheduled for an interview

02/03/12 Got an email saying card production had been ordered for my EAD...now just to wait for the card...

02/09/12 Received email saying EAD card has been sent

02/13/12 Received EAD card :D :D :D :D

03/06/12 Interview in Phoenix :).....Approved :D

03/14/12 Received Green card in mail.....

....no more USCIS until December 2013

If your receipt is EAC is from Vermont. And if it's WAC is from California... Texas isn't processing i-129F anymore

I want to know recently the K-1 Petition Process time at Texas Service Center. Is anyone successful from this center? Please give me some clues. Thanks . :P

Hi There, I am from Texas. Our file was submitted to the Texas lockbox and then forwarded to the Vermont Service Center. Our petition took approximately 164 days for approval from receipt of the NOA1 to receipt of NOA2. From there it took about 1 month for the consulate to receive and interview date was scheduled 1 month later. So I would say an average of about 8 months overall. At the bottom of my post you should be able to see my timeline, additionally, if you look at my profile you can see my timeline there as well.
