If your I-130 reaches the NVC first, then you are on the path to the CR-1 visa. The I-129F will be administratively closed by the NVC if it arrives there after the I-130.

Check the receipt notices on both the I-130 and I-129F.

Each has a receipt #, starting with EAC or WAC.

Both are different.

Log into the USCIS portal, check status with the I-129F receipt number.

do the same with the I-130 receipt number.
