September 19- Expedite Request sent by hubby

September 26 -Approved

September 27 - Approved on USCIS website

October finally came and I wish we all could have approved soon. :star: :star: :star:

2011-11-21 : I-130 Approved

43 days to received the mail from NVC

35 days to completed with the NVC

2012-01-04 : Received DS-3032 / I-864 Bill

2012-01-04 : Pay I-864 Bill

2012-01-25 : Returned Packet3

2012-02-02 : Asked for REF

2012-02-06 : REF was sent by Fedex

2012-02-10 : Case completed and Interview date was issued !! really fast

2012-02-24 : Medical exam! Passed!

2012-03-21 : Interview date

2012-03-28 : GOT VISA!!!!!

I will go to the US, see my HUBBY around June 2012 YEY!!

How I wish the same with my wife, our NOA1 dated 06/08/2011 then touched only once 06/14/2011--same as you. How I hope to get the NOA2 this month!? we're rolling into the deep waiting, thanks a lot CSC!!

I was just fed up waiting so I booked flights and got time off work. Myself and my son are looking forward to santa coming. Lets hope this is Junes month.

Our files are probably in the same box! lol

I send my prayers to you and your family I am pray that you will get through without any blue sheet. Remember to ensure that your husband and kids have the following:

Birth Certificates on security paper

Proof of your US Citizenship

Police Record

Form I1864 and supporting documents.

The proof of US Citizenship or LPR status of the pettitioner

Relationship evidence

If kids over 16 they may need a no-impediment certificate on security paper
