@jay-kay : he visited me here in the philippines last february 2011, he is planning to pass his passport(with stamps on it), boarding pass. will this be enough as evidence? we have pictures together, but there's no date on it. or we could just put the date at the back of the picture?

Yes. Send them copies of all the pages of his passport, making sure you can see the stamps well, and copies of his boarding passes. Send pictures with who is in them, where it is taken and the date on the backs, or print out the photos on paper with captions below them with that same information for each photo. Also, you can find an example letter of intent on the example forms here at VJ: http://www.visajourney.com/content/examples The letters of intent will need to have your original signatures on them, no copies or scans.

Yes...

1. If you can provide copies of passport showing stamps, boarding passes and also photos (secondary evidence) of you together, just put location and date on the back (it is good to have a few examples of evidence)

2. Both complete a letter of intent.

Good luck!

@gabe & girlyn, uverseman, reymets10, southcalhog, andie:

hey guys! i'm so happy, my fiance received the letter today and it says: 1. we need to provide a letter of intent to marry, 2. requirement & beneficiary have met in person secondary: film dated photograph together.

just wanna ask if we really need to pass pictures with date on it? since he visited me last february 4-15, 2011, but our pictures doesn't have date on it. thanks in advance.

Kmia I didnt have photos with date on it when i sent in my petition.I sent them photos but no date on them.I have just filed over a month ago.Photos are not needed is my understanding, but maybe your fiance could use his boarding passes, and passport Stamps and hotel receipts to prove that he met you within the 2 year requirement before Filing. Anything to prove you guys met in person within the Requirement! i just chose to front load my petition. " Good Luck"!:thumbs:

pictures are for your interview.

it doesnt matter if it has dates or not, whats important is the picture of you and your fiance that is very convincing. ill suggest u put it in a bond paper and just put a caption in it. make sure u know the story in every single picture u put. :star:

In this case, the OP got an RFE for their K-1 petition asking for letters of intent, and evidence of having met in the last 2 years, including secondary evidence of photos. So, the photos are for now too, not just for the interview stage.

@ jameugiekaxavilon & otey918: thanks so much.. godbless you all :)

one last question for those who can answer: i just wanna clarify if the evidences we will provide should be proofs that we have met within 2 years? how about our boarding pass. itinerary & hotel receipts when we had a trip to another country last year 2007?

will it help? or we should just pass evidences from year 2009 to 2011? sorry if i have so many questions. TIA
