whats the best port of entry? the state that has no hassle

The best POE entry is the POE that provides the best combination of cheapest flight with most convenient flight. All POEs are similar enough that I would not pay more than $20 to go through one over another, assuming that convenience is the same. With that being said, if price and convenience are the same, there are some differences between different places. For example, when my wife went through Atlanta, even though they have interpreters, they did not have enough to assist her in Spanish without a long wait. If she had gone through New York or Miami, I doubt that this would have been a problem. Another example is that some airports are poorly designed and cause major inconveniences, like Miami, which is a disaster as far as layout and one that I avoid if price and convenience are the same; the airport is being renovated and it can seriously take 45 minutes to walk to immigration after getting off the plane. However, in the instances that Miami is cheapest, I still do not hesitate to go through Miami.

Now, I imagine that you will not be flying into Miami or Atlanta, so I recommend that you take other people's advice here and read reviews based on whatever options you actually have.

My fiancee had trouble in Chicago from a denied student visa years prior and was returned same day. I normally fly Chicago and like it, but have been searched a few times coming back alone from trips with friends. (They said just because it is easier to search single people than families.) It can be daunting, if your fiancee is not used to traveling alone. It didn't bother me, as I had nothing to hide and was in no particular hurry.

I love Charlotte for going out to the Caribbean (US Air.) Most non-US people hate Miami.

And she would have had the same trouble in any POE. She had trouble because of her own actions, not because she chose the wrong POE.

Boise , in Idaho. [bOI]. Probably impossible to get a flight coming in easterly from the PI. Can get there from Vancouver, but it won't matter, as Vancouver has it's own USA Immigration Clearing in Canada at the Airport.

Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
