i have a case number assigned to my case already, but NVC hasn't sent me any forms yet, neither have they sent an AOS bill to my Spouse(the petitioner). should i download the forms and send to NVC?

Also, my USC Spouse who is a member of the US Army requested for an Expedition, they sent him a mail, stating that his Expedite request is under review, how long will this take? its been over 4days. please anyone with similar experiences?

pls help, the silence is killing. :crying:

Military expedite can take around 10 days from beginning of review, depending on how much good evidence he provided for the expedite.

Its likely they could be holding your case for the expedite review to see if they need to just send it to the embassy then if the expedite is not granted NVC will just continue with the case as usual at the NVC points.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

thanks for your reply. my Spouse attached a letter from his commanding officer, his ERB, and his deployment orders. in the letter, his commanding officer stated that everything should be made possible by the ending of this month, can it be done soon enough?

But why have i not received any forms yet? should i just fill it and send to NVC? or should i wait until the Expedition is approved?

NVC rarely send forms quickly -

they WILL SEND FORMS if you wish to go the 'postal mail route' for NVC processing -

it goes like this -

NVC sends out form DS-3032

NVC sends out form I-864 with a fee bill

NVC sends out form DS-230 with a fee bill

but it's 3 months inbetween each form.

Here at VJ, people study and use the LingChe shortcut on the wiki - I suggest you find it, study it, use it.

[hint - most people download forms from internet]

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
