question about marriage certificate

I heard sometimes they dont give you marriage certificates as soon as you get married. How can i make sure i get mine as soon as we are married

Dont get married where they are. Get married where they arent & you should get the certificate as soon as you are married.

go to the county court house a week after the marriage and pay for the certified copy.

We went with the signed license ourselves to the county court house. Got the certificate in a matter of minutes.

If you're having a civil wedding then call the county clerk's office and see if you can get married there, and if they'll give you a certified copy of the marriage certificate the same day.

12/15/2009 - K1 Visa Interview - APPROVED!

12/29/2009 - Married in Oakland, CA!

08/18/2010 - AOS Interview - APPROVED!

05/01/2013 - Removal of Conditions - APPROVED!
