i think it happens to some members here with PD in late 2010 or early 2011 also.

but not all. i do hope cutoff date is moving from 2008 to 2010 but....chances are...

Its mean Department State still needs money..Obviousely they need pay out lazy a*** workers.

Choice of agent is for NVC will start gathering your Immigration fees and documentation.

It is also be good news for PD 2008/2009, I think by december DOS will finish with PD 2009, How you guys think??

but im lpr too n pd is oct.2010. i did not reveived any like that??? that it say not eleigible because the priority is not current... so confusing..

ya that is what i am trying to convey.....what nvc is doing????? it is sending coa randomly....
