How do you go about cancelling a I-130 application. I doubt there's a refund, but how do you cancel the process?

hi Locombiano i think there is a no refund policy in uscis Fees cannot be refunded if you dont mind can you tell me why you cancel your i-130 petation if you have any personal question you can ask freely in this forum because there is a lot of experienced people in this forum who can able to give you best suggestion and advice may be this advice or suggestion is useful for your personal relationship or life

Send a letter to the service center including full names, dates of birth and WAC or EAC case number. Simply indicate, "I hereby withdraw the petition". They understand what you mean when you say cancel but you are actually "withdrawing" the petition.
