Hello Fellow VJers!

I studied and worked in the US for a couple of years and since part of the K1 requirements is the submission of police clearance from other country/ies applicant has been to for at least 6 months after age 16, am I still required to submit one from US? I read somewhere that it's no longer needed since US will do its own background check and stuffs. How true is this? (I hope this is 100% accurate)yes.gif

Those who can, please help me. Thank you so much in advance!

you don't need to get a US check, they do that as part of the process.
