D.

Heavy applicant demand for numbers in the Family First preference could require

retrogression of some of the September Family First preference cut-off dates.

This action may be necessary to keep visa issuances within the respective annual

preference numerical limits. If this were to occur they could be expected to

return to the previous cut-off date for October, the first month of the new

fiscal year.

I just saw it was july 22, 2008 but they changed back again. Can we expect some good news.

it was simply an error. or may be forgot to change some dates.. that why.. it should be fixed soon.. but its confirm that the dates they posted will be the same.

Does this also mean that our F2A also will be back to the previous retrogessed date ie AUG 2010 by Oct vb?
