Hello guys,

I want to know if do I still need to bring my annulment decree and my annotated MC when I go to SLEC for my medical exam or just the passport, 2x2 picture, NOA2, NVC case # and letter of appoinment from US embassy.

Thanks

JB

For the medical exam you won't need the divorce papers. Just the pictures and appointment letter. Passport doesn't hurt to have, but NOA2 isn't needed for the medical.

I think you will need to bring your annulment... When i have my medical at slec i talked to one woman and she was surprised when they were looking for her annulment papers... she went back to her home in Pasay just to get it...

Goodluck on your medical...
