We are supposed to be late June filers, but when I go to the USCIS website to download the form and directions, they don't work/open after the download (I seem to remember this happening a few months ago too when I was in a "getting ready" phase). Has anyone recently successfully downloaded the forms? Also, since I can't see the directions, can someone tell me if everyone has to do biometrics. Thanks!

I just tried it and didn't have any problems opening the file in firefox. What happens when you try to open the file?

And yes, everyone has to attend a biometrics appointment when removing conditions.

I wouldn't recommend this website they charge for a free form and just put in the information that you yourself can do for free and use the guides that VJ provide for free.

Why do that when everything you need to know is right here?

I'm also not sure if advertising is against the TOS or not...

Hmm TOS says that you are at your own risk and they do not endorse things recommended or posted by other members. Also lists this:

By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree that when using the Service, you will not:

- Advertise or offer to sell any goods or services for any commercial purpose, other than in areas of the Service that are intended for such uses.

- Advertise or offer to sell any services or products on the Forums without the written permission of VisaJourney.com.

Regardless! that website is kind of a rip off when you can get all your forms free and all the example forms free on here as well as a bunch of people to help here for free! wooo! instead of an extra 300$ or something lol!

I just downloaded it the other day using IE, it turned out okay. Generally I use Google Chrome which is better than IE, but for some government sites Google Chrome doesn't work well.

Thanks for clarifying the TOS :)

I don't see why anyone who has a straight forward case would use anything other than this website, it's got the best resources and friendly knowledgeable people! Who could ask for more? :)

Hopefully lustanovska can work out why the PDF won't open... I'm sure we can help with that too if not! hehe

Can you post the link where you downloaded the forms? Thank you.

I am having some problems with the speed of their website when trying to visit another page but the file opens just fine. Hope this works for you. :)

I had some issues opening the form and instructions in the past months, it does seem to work better after I updated Adobe. Just opened it now and it works fine. Keep on trying and use a different computer (at work, a friend) if you have to, to print it out.

FYI, the expiration date of the Form I-751 version on USCIS today is 01/31/2013, same for the instructions. Should you look on other sites, do make sure you download the latest version (and by all means, do not pay for the download)!

I went to the uscis website and sent away for the forms via mail. If you go to the main uscis website and click onto FORMS on the top left hand side. Then on the right hand side of the next page that loads (where it says forms information) click onto the link "forms by mail". All you do is type in your name and address and choose the forms you want delivered (and how many) from a drop down menu.
