Log in to the payment portal again and print the coversheet. The coversheet has an address for you. You need to send this coversheet at the very top of your stack.

When you are ready, send it as soon as you can. No need to wait for NVC to give instructions.

So,

I need to print the receipt, and attach with i-864 & i-864a forms?

I confuse with all these forms/term: IV fee/form ; DS 230; are they different with i-864 forms?

Which form should i fill out and send to NVC after paid AOS fee ($88)?

And send my mail, or email? If email, I would have to scan whole stack of paper documents?

Also, along with NVC letter to pay for AOS fee, i didn't have any other documents ask me to follow instruction for Affidavit of Support forms. What should I do?

Thank you

AOS fee = I-864 form

IV fee = DS-230 form

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
