K-2 Visa for Fiancee's child.

Okay, so, my fiancee is in Ukraine and we have about finished her I-129F and all the assorted forms and evidence. However, my question is, what do I need to do for her 10 year old? I know she will need a K-2 Visa, but what forms do I fill out and submit? Do I submit them at the same time as the I-129F package? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Same as any other person including the medical & visa fee. In additon the mother will need to get a passport for the child of course. And a letter in both languages signed by the father allowing the child to emmigrate. The embassy may supply a sample of the letter if asked. The follow up fees in the USA will also be the same.

include by name only on the k-1's i-129f. separate visa applications are made after petition is approved

You just need to include their names on your I-129F, otherwise they won't be taken in consideration...
