No, she said ahe didnt receive any paper of any kind, the CO is the one who mentioned a document is missing, then at the 2go office they said to herthe visa process is on hold, the part that gets me is they said she will get a letter or she will get the visa.....

Did they keep her passport? In my case, they returned my passport and in my 221g form it says to submit it together with my Taiwan police clearance but the thing is they told me too that I have to have another interview. I have submitted my missing documents and passports (K1&K2) and been waiting on what to do next.

What news from DoS Hotline ?

well this morning i found out from my fiancee that she DID in fact get a paper, 221g, and under administrative processing is the only thing checked, I talked to a visa specialist at Department of State and he said the case is still being reviewed, he said its not listed approved or denied yet and to wait a while for an update. So still no ral answers to this problem, any more input or similar situations are very welcome here, thanks again , i will do more research also.

if your case is in AP, it could take a couple of weeks, or it could take a couple of months while they check out whatever they are checking out.

AP, ouch!! I hope Manila moves faster than Yaounde. Like Tahoma said, it could be anywhere from a couple of weeks to a couple of months. We are almost @ the 2 month mark. Let's hear from folks with Manila experience pls. Your patience may be pushed to the limit but you really just have to hang in there. Good Luck!

Yes, i will call again in a few days, I called june 3 and they said it was too soon, nothing was entered into the computer about it being under APeither. Thanks for your help.

Did you use this number to call DoS 202-663-1225 press 1 then 0 for a live operator? If not please post here the number that you use to call DoS. We tried this number but we cant get hold of the live operator. Many thanks.

yes, that is the number i used, and i was on hold about 10 minutes, then i got to talk to a visa specialist, good luck to everyone in this situation.
