Are you asking someone to file an affidavit of support ( I-134 ) for you? Like your looking for someone to sponsor you?

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Ummmm, let me think about this.....become financially responsible for the next 5 to infinity years for someone I have never met, know nothing about, probably will never meet, and certainly have no ties.......ummmmmmm NO.

You need to find a friend or relative who is a US citizen or a legal resident of the US to sponsor you not solicit some random strangers.

Your fiancee needs to fill it out.

If this is true this is my all times favorite post!

Exactly because the wording seems like they are asking for someone on VJ to sponsor them lol...

Dear Friend

Thank you for your kind reply

If you have an idea about I-134, it is a kind of invitation letter as host :

I have submitted all the docs for the Embassy after the Diversity results, and now they gave me up to Sep 30th to have this document

thanks

I love this thread. Yes, I-134 is non-binding. However:

1) If anyone here signs I134 without intent of supporting you here they automatically committing fraud: they would not intent to do so

2) Your friend would be appropriate

3) All we need is more people here that got I134 and entered the country but became a public charge because they do not have sufficient resources to support themselves.

The affidavit of support is not an invitation letter. It is signing papers saying they are going to be financially responsible for you.

I don't think you fully understand this document.

You likely wont find anyone on VJ to sponsor you to come to the US when they don't know you.

That was tough decision, wasn't it?

Actually, he says "as a host", so he understands. What he meant is that it is none-binding, which is true.

i would like to know someone from usa... but it's a really hard to find someone who can do that to me

Nobody will. Your best choice is to evaluate if you have resources to support yourself here for the first year or so. Diversity lottery is intended to bring people here that can support themselves either through savings of some sort or through sponsors here (family, etc.) or through good job. If not you may want to re-consider moving here. This would be a really bad situation for you.
