IMO, include the phone records.

Don't bother filing the I-129F for K3 after you file the I-130 for CR-1. The two petitions will be tied together by USCIS and they are usually approved at the same time. NVC usually receives the two approved petitions and administratively closes the I-129F leaving only the I-130 active.

uscis tells you to file right after NOA1 so it speeds up the process even quicker generally to my understanding should take 6months.

Typical sequence of events when filing a I-129F in conjunction with I-130:

  • USCIS ties the two petitions together by pulling the I-130 from its current place in the queue and placing it in the back with the I-129F you just submitted
  • The two petitions are approved at the same time and sent to the NVC
  • NVC administratively closes the I-129F because the I-130 has already been approved and received by NVC which eliminates the need for a K3 (need being I-130 not yet approved)

In my view, filing for a K3 nowadays does not speed things up, it slows things down. The posted time by USCIS for approval of an I-130 from NOA1 to NOA2 is 5 months.

Send more evidence of your relationship from before marriage & since wedding if you can. A lot of people are getting requests for more evidence and it causes delays. If you need help I'm sure lots of people here can give you ideas & read through other threads about bona fide marriage. Some of us wish we joined here BEFORE sending I-130 because of all the helpful info. Good luck!
