HI,

Just received an email from NVC today, after email DS-3032 there's also a form "choice of address and agent" what should I do next? print the form out and fill it, and scan.. then email to nvc? kinda confused

Form DS-3032 is the Choice of address and agent form. You can E-mail them instead of printing and scaning use this format, I used it with no problems.

I am confused by your post, did you mean to say you had already e-mailed the DS-3032 before they generated one?

I have no idea what you mean? So did you email the DS3032 yet. The DS3032 is the Choice of agent.

My wife emailed and received confirmation next day.

Either print, fill out, sign, scan and return the 3032 you received from NVC or use template here if you don't have access to a scanner.

We did the former and were approved in less than 24 hours--ditto for Brusik who used the template--both work. Absolutely NO reason to send anything in the mail.

if u got a form DS-230 print the form out and fill up in hand written who will be your agent and his/her address in all capital letters then sign it and send to the address of nvc gaves to u together with that form DS-230...

arlrog--NO--don't mess with the mail--scan and email the form they sent you or use the template--NVC wants as much as possible to come in through email, so if you do what they prefer, you will have your answer as soon as the next day.
