One piece of evidence we have is a reservation my fiance made for a hotel here. He made the reservation on a French website so everything is in French. By looking at it you don't need to know French to see it's for a hotel in Miami, FL on November 16th. Everything else that's in French is just a description of the hotel and the websites policies. Do we need a translation for something like this?

An itinerary is not evidence of meeting. Primary evidence of meeting in person would be passport stamps and/or boarding passes. You could also US ATM receipts from in country. Photos are secondary evidence.

I would not think so, as long as its obvious and u can see the name of at least one of u, the date and place of your trip I think It will be fine. Anyways, You should probably highlight it with a marker or something.

Itineraries are not "evidence". Making reservtions is not proof of travel or being present to meet anyone. I would not bother. Use passport stamps, boarding passes and the hotel receipt he got when he checked out.

Sorry for the mix-up, I thought it was evidence because in the K1 visa guide it says "Copies of all airline boarding passes, train passes, itineraries, hotel receipts, passport stamps...and other documentary evidence that you have met within the last two years. " Thanks for your help.

well, u can take them as a secondary evidence along with the primary evidence, specially if u have boarding passes of that same trip.

Yes ... I think in the context of anything else you can provide, boarding passes, passport stamps, ATM or card payments - it is worth including as part of your evidence. Best of luck

Mar 2011 - After 5mths denied for lost docs - Attempts to follow up failed. Mar 18 2012 - I-129F sent - No sign of NOA1 but they have banked the check...Jul 24 - Update - USCIS has located our file
Infopass Apt - they sorted through everything - our 2011 and 2012 file keep getting mixed up - getting us a Case# (still waiting) Dec- Infopass Appt- expecting to get a case # in about a week ..Still no Case number

Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere, and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .

Sure, if the itinerary can add something to the primary evidence, it won't hurt. But, I wouldn't bother translating it. If you have primary evidence of the trip, I wouldn't bother including it either though. It adds nothing when there's already primary evidence.
