Should there be cause for concern? Our i-129f package was delivered at noon this past wednesday (May 18) but we haven't received a text notification and our check hasn't been cashed. Other filers have updates on their signature with a status showing that their checks have been cashed two days after delivery confirmation.

Has anyone else who sent their package and confirmed delivery mid week not received text confirmation? :unsure:

Based on personal experience, I sent my application 3/1/2011, they received it 3/4/2011(I used certified mail so I can track it). My check was cashed on 3/8/2011. Then I got an email and text on 3/9/2011. Does this help? :unsure:

Yes, feeling a bit more comfortable now. I really hope we'll receive our text notification by Monday or Tuesday of next week.

Give it about 2 weeks. That is the average wait time for NOA1. Make sure to track if your check has been cashed.

NOV 18 2011 > Received text and email (I-797 Notice of action was sent via mail)
NOV 26 2011 > Received Biometrics Appointment Letter for DECEMBER 13...
DEC 13 2011 > BIOMETRICS DONE
JAN 07 2011 > Received INTERVIEW Notice for FEB 1st!
JAN 14 2012 > EAD RECEIVED
FEB 01 2012 > INTERVIEW DONE we got APPROVED for conditional GREENCARD yESSSS!!!

DEC 27 2013 > Sent I-751 packet Laguna Niguel Office, CSC
JAN 2 2014 > Packet sent back because of wrong filing fee (wrote $585 instead of $590)

Someone had their 5th check cashed and still nothing? That seems quite suspicious! :wow: Hope they've been trying to track down who or what is causing that. That's just plain fishy!

i know a couple was sent was received the 5th check was cashed but no noa as of yet

Yeah I have verification that they cashed my check via my bank but still no NOA1 and it is almost 4 business days since the check was cashed. Hope it comes soon...in the mean time I will go and play some soccer and call the wife to get it off my mind.

I just mailed my K-1 package on 5/13 and my check was cashed on 5/19 so I'm expecting my NOA1 this week :)

We have the same timeline yours is +2 days from mine. Good luck. I hope we get the NOA1 on the same day. That would be awesome. ^_^
