Congratulations! Your life will never be the same! Children are a blessing and some day you will wonder wonder what you ever did without them.

Best wishes,

Jen

A great marriage is not when the "perfect couple" comes together.

It is when an imperfect couple learns to enjoy their differences.

 That was the whole point

Hmmmmm Well Female logic.

Yeah and your logic makes so much more sense...a woman pregnant=welfare. Must suck to be you that you can't even be happy for someone.

Wow. Fell like not getting anywhere. But i will try.

woman pregnant not necessarily welfare. woman pregnant Hubby EWI - Well closer. Unless rich parents willhelp. Still eligible for welfare thou.

EWI - means no work, legal fees, no help at home (stuck in Brazil, waiting for waiver apporoval).

So How I could be happy???. Happy for baby??.. Hell no. I feel sad for baby.

"Must suck to be you that you can't even be happy for someone." - Not true. Would she say"Hubby got I-601 approved and job offer, and I won lottery" I wouildbe like, Wow, cool. Thats positive. Bunch of problems, uncertanty - No good. Its easy to say. "U congrats, so wonderfull, you'll do it", but to deal with real ###### - no, Not easy.

I actually do pretty well for myself on my own. I own two homes, love my job, and have a great schedule. I volunteer for two charities on the weekends and teach Middle Eastern dance to women, and am quite independent. Thanks for the concern, though.

To the other posters, I actually feel a lot better after calling my mother. I appreciate all of your nice words. My husband and I just started this process and are now gathering things for I-130. He's really supportive, too.
