Hello---

Does anyone know if you file AOS along with EAD....and you get an RFE...specifically for the medical.....will this RFE hold up the EAD also or just the AOS?

Holds up everything. You aren't eligible for the EAD if you're not eligible to AOS and when they RFE you they're saying you're not eligible... yet. Sometimes people get lucky and their EAD is sent before they get the RFE, and some aren't.

It also says it at the bottom of the RFE (or used to).
