Last time we checked, pregnancy was simply a sign that one set of glands was urgently calling out to another. Otherwise, doesnt prove a thing to immigration officials. Happens all the time....Peace.

Once you get you NOA2, it's much faster in Brazil. If you expect your NOA2 in a week or two, your interview should be scheduled in about a month (about 3 weeks from NOA2 to interview scheduled), and it's usually about 6 weeks after NOA2 until the interview, and about a week after that for the visa to arrive. So, all in all, you're looking at about 3 mo until your fiancée can immigrate, and your kid being born in the US won't be a problem.

I have heard you can get certain vaccinations waived at the K1 stage due to the pregnancy, but you will need to get them in the US before you can file for her green card, and depending on the civil surgeon.

I don't know if you'll be given a basis of 2 people or 3 (assuming neither of you have other kids) for the I-134, but you WILL be for the I-864 at AOS.

Yes...the I-134 and I-864 are both financial support documents based on family size. No matter where she has the baby it increases your family size by one. Congrats btw

Really? You can actually expedite?

While you can ask, I don't believe you can expedite for a pregnancy.

CONGRATULATIONS daddy to be and I wouldn't worry about it- as another user mentioned it might even be grounds for an expedite. If you pass the 5-month mark, you could definitely talk to your senator about it.

Thank You , We are a week past the 5 month mark. The way Vermont has been moving, I am anitcipating our NOA2 anyday now. BTW, Thanks for the tip. Good luck in your journey
