APPROVED NOA2 TODAY!!!!!!!!!!! Thank You O' Lord Jesus!!!! NOA1 was 12/14/10.

"On May 5, 2011, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283."

Congratulations.... pretty good achievement for VSC !

Mar 2011 - After 5mths denied for lost docs - Attempts to follow up failed. Mar 18 2012 - I-129F sent - No sign of NOA1 but they have banked the check...Jul 24 - Update - USCIS has located our file
Infopass Apt - they sorted through everything - our 2011 and 2012 file keep getting mixed up - getting us a Case# (still waiting) Dec- Infopass Appt- expecting to get a case # in about a week ..Still no Case number
Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere,and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .

Thanks everyone!! Yes, I logged on to USCIS about 645pm and expected to see that same old "Last Updated" date of 12/31/10 ... and I had to do a triple take ..and saw 5/5/2011! And just then within 3 mins of seeing that I received a text from USCIS. One HUGE hurdle overcome and just a few more to go! The waiting is a killer .. everyone knows what I'm talking about.

  • 06.01.2010 - She flew from Dubai to Philippines for vacationing
  • 06.21.2010 - We met in Philippines
  • 06.24.2010 - Engaged

  • 07.05.2010 - She flew back to Dubai (work)

So your NOA2 was 5/5/2011 and you have a medical on 5/17/2011? WOW I just got mine on 4/27/2011 and have no idea when the medical will be. Is there something I can do to make it go faster?
