how about basing in on a per/pound basis?

What is the going rate for a 300 lb gorilla delivering groceries ?

I say the lighter the delivery girl is the more she should get tipped, Whoops did I actually type that.

Some delivery guys work for tips and don't get paid at all.

I just started working as a receptionist at this major corporation where the employees get HUGE salaries. Well there is this poor delivery guy from the chinese food place who delivers and we started chatting it up. He told me he gets paid in tips and doesn't get compensated for gas. I feel bad for him and to see the employees at my job tip him little to nothing irks me.

Pizaa delivery guy is PAID to deliver pizzas why tip him? what Extra work does he do other than what his Job description requires.

I dont think people who make more than minimum wage should be tipped for doing the job they are paid to do.

Do you really think they get paid enough from the resturant to pay for all the car expenses?
