What to do when post - NOA2 (RFE) takes too long

We got RFE on April 18th and send the response the next day. The CSC has had my response since April 22. As days go by I am getting really impatient, but not sure if there is a way to expedite this step. The standard RFE processing time is 60 days, but from what I can see, the average time is a week (+/- few days). When should I start calling? I cant wait for 60 days

Did you track the package? Are you sure they received it? You could always call them and ask if they received it.

Once you know they receive your reply you can start calling... They usually say 60 days, but sometimes its sooner!!

I know they did receive the response. The application status says changed from RFE to Request for Evidence Response Review.

it usually takes between 2 to 3 weeks for receive a response, give them a bit more time

they have not had ur response for even two weeks yet

when it hits the end of 3 weeks then u should start calling

same here still waiting for noa2 after sending our rfe response in April 21.
