Did you guys speak to level2 ?

i always asked for lvl2 supervisor but its still d same.

i always asked for lvl2 supervisor but its still d same.

We filed at CSC and I called USCIS more than 7 months after NOA - we were next to last in the May filers - and when I asked to speak to a supervisor, they told me that our file showed it would take another 25 days to process and that they could not submit the request.

Of course,a few days later, we got approved!

It feels like if you don't call the application sits there, and when you do, they push a button and it moves. Why on earth would they do that is still a mystery to me. But then it's the same branch of government who has a Green Card lottery every year...

I called at the USCIS support(1-800) Number , the women on the other side read the same thing which i already see on USCIS website .

She said May 3 cases are getting processed , so you have to wait for 25 more days to put service request .

I was outside the country and the date 02/07 is when I received the email from USCIS.

I found my green card with the mail, being away we don't know what is the exact day it was delivered.

I had infopass appointment today at local USCIS office, they said everything is ok, your case is under normal time of processing, I asked them to put stamp in my passport since I have to go abroad, IO took my passport stamp it i was happy with my stamp, I gave my stamp to my employer and he found mistake in the stamp it was issued Feb,13 2012 and valid Feb,12 2012 instead 2013 ((( I have to go back to USCIS office tomorrow and ask them to fix this issue.
