I see the April "Vermont filers" still only have one approval, I guess we still have a looooong wait.

I don't see us getting approval within the estimated 6 month timescale.

April VSC filer got approved...yay so we are next 1 month maybe?? at least its moving

Processing times for Vermont has been changed to: February 24, 2011, it no longer is 6 months

Well, they were still working on some of late Feb and early March cases last week for sure...

Thanks for posting RFE, we sent in a few additional things in like a letter from the bank manager and a letter from our car insurance company plus some credits card statements, copy of liscenses. Thats all we had to send in. Im just hoping thats enough with what they all ready have. Sent in 10/27/11 Can someone add this to the list please. So ... as of 31-Aug-2011, the last I-751 form they had processed was from 24-Feb-2011. This would make make sense with what you are saying eddy67 ... as that information was basically two months ago. At least I hope this is the case!

S&J, VSC is always more overwhelmed than Cali, try comparing the number of applicants between the 2 centers and the majority of time Vermont has more applicants than Vermont.

it's really rare we find Cali with more applicants than Vermont...this is not an excuse

I agree thats what I think too, but its very unfair the way if your lucky enough to file at one center you get approved quicker, no matter when you filed.

I agree on the unfairness ... they should be a little more comparable in response time. If a processing center finds itself backed up, regardless of the reason, in comparison to other service centers ... they should expeditiously and proactively transfer cases among the centers so as to equalize the situation. If this imbalance is a persistent and common occurrence, then they need to adjust the guidelines for where filers send applications to begin with. It isn't rocket science ... I could implement a system to do this in a week for goodness sakes. It is simply not fair that filers, solely based on their geographic location, have to "suffer" the consequences of an inefficient process/system. Especially if there is no "good" reason for it to be this way.

I almost forget that I'm still waiting for my approval. I'm not excited anymore. LoL

Now I'm back to my senses. ahahahaha

Can I call them even by application is not 6 mos. due yet or I'm just wasting my time? My case is exactly 5 mos and 7 days from the time of application. My worry is maybe they sent me something and got "lost" in the mail (which unfortunately happened to me already before).

Just asking and just want the May thread up on the 1st page of the forum. LoL
