What did your lawyer advise?

From the little that you have written it looks like the cousin that you petitioned for is the sticking point for the whole situation.

Mama to 2 beautiful boys (August 2011 and January 2015)

Where is the cousin now ? Did he make it to the US with another petitioner ? They may be seeing this as a family pattern ( on their side not yours ) of usings USC for immigration purposes.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

Giving up on your Hubby because of immigration paper??? Love is stronger than that my love...

If your hubby (Over in Ghana) went through all that, you don't think you can do better than giving up?/..Sorry to say that like that, but you have to be stronger than that. You can be discouraged, but no giving up is allowed.

First, going to Ghana is aa good thing. Go to the embassy, be firm and assertive, it will definitely make a difference. I have seen that before.

Second, where is the cousin??.. What are their relationship? Do you think the cousin can write a letter and notarise it and say that he approves of your relationship? (I mean, it's been a while now that you and the cousin are not together, maybe he can be nice and do that?

Make sure, you don't play with those people at the embassy. The only reason why they should refuse you the visa for your husband is if the relationship is not bona-fide. If it is, they have no business checking out who you dated in the past!!///

So, do not abandon your husband if you guys really love each other and go to that embassy and make yourself heard.

Take care.
