Hey everyone! My fiances interview is WEDNESDAY (wow it came FAST!)

It is scheduled for 8:30 AM and we just realized GOULDS pharmacy doesn't open until 8:30 AM... :help:

What's he supposed to do with his phone etc!?!?!? ahhh help! He's going alone, so no one can hold on to it for him or anything, and London is a 45 min train ride out so he will need his phone on him for safety.

I would advise he just leaves it at home.

Im sure he'll be safe getting to and from Mayfair without it. Remember that electronic car keys are also a no no.

If he hasn't already done so, call the establishment in question and find out their exact opening time given there is conflicting information as to what their opening time is.

If it turns out that the establishment opens at 0830, then he will have to leave it at home.

Their website has always said that but people who have been there early say it's 7:20-7:30 that they open. Here's March interview review bits by three different people who mention dropping off the phone first and being at the embassy at 7:30-7:40.--

the pharmacy litterally is 30 seconds from the embassy, and when they opened at 7 25,i was there, and out by 7 30. only cost £3. which is great considering they could charge what they like.

saw Gould's chemist to the right and went and dropped off my phone for £3.00 I also asked for two more photos as I was a little worried that I might need them (I didn't) but for £4.00 better safe than sorry.

Arrived at the embassy at 7:30am they were already letting people in, so the line moved quite quickly,

Our appointment was at 9am, but following the advice of other VJers we arrived at the embassy early after locking our phones up at Goulds (£3) about 200 yards away.

We got to the embassy at about 7.40am and there was already a queue outside to get in, mostly teenagers going to Camp America etc

I was within walking distance of the Embassy, left my phone behind, but ended up having to go to Gould's with a flash drive....and guess what, was stranded in the rain for hours after my interview because no-one was home and I couldn't get hold of my friend or her housemates ;) So yeah, phones are good haha.

My interview is also tomorrow I phoned Goulds to check opening times as internet said 8.30am and the man on the phone also said they open at 8.30am. As I have previously seen on here that others have said it was open after 7ish in the morning so very conflicting info. Good luck for tomorrow xx

I just looked here: http://www.gouldphar....com/Photos.asp and it says opening time is 7:30

oh and it's 8:30 on US holidays, I guess the Embassy is closed those days so they just do regular pharmacy business

I actually went to Audley Pharmacy, which is in the other direction. I also believe there is a bakery which accepts items. Someone needs to wander to those places and tell everyone the times they're open...
