Hi to all,

this pertains to a friend's case/ My friend is a US citizen who got married (civil wedding)in the Phil. to a filipina just recently (2 weeks ago). His wife has children ages 4 and 5. Questions are:

1. Can he petition his stepchildren now but not his wife yet? Because his wife, will attend school and wants to finish college first before he will file a petition for her?

2. What about for the green card of his 2 stepchidren if they were approved, will the green card be a 2 year conditional greencard since their mother is married for less than to years to their stepdad? Thank you so much. PLS>> HElP...
