DS 3032 template

It is unclear to me whether the DS 3032 template is to be emailed to NVS alone or with the Form DS 3032 attached to the email. It seems that it would be redundant to send both, but I want to be sure. Thanks for your advice

Just the email no form attachment...just follow the email template.

well - it sorta depends on what yer doing.

IF you're trying to OPT IN to NVC Electronic Processing, it has to be the PDF form attachment (review http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/NVC_Electronic_Processing and get the right DS-3032 form - there's a D/L link there for the right one)

If yer going postal at NVC - then you NEVER send in the PDF form via email - instead, in an ascii text email, you put in the FORM DATA in the body of the email - see http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Email_DS-3032_form

I was looking at template.. It doesn't require a signature from beneficiary. I assume when responding via email a signature isn't required??

If you have the BENEFICIARY's signature on it -

it IS a form TO BE USED by the beneficiary -

NVC doesn't care WHERE the postal mail comes from, or who mails it -

but that signature MUST be the BENEFICIARY's.
