Hi guys!!

I am filling out the I-134 and I am wondering about question 11. It is asking if you intend or do not intend to provide housing/financial assistance. I looked that the example forms and it just said "NA-K1 Visa process for permanent residence" and there wasn't a box checked. I am the sole sponsor. I will be providing my fiance with housing and I am sure that I will supply him with funds from time to time.

I was just wondering what everyone else used in this area. Thanks in advance!! :hehe::wacko:

10/31/10-Email and text NOA1! =)

03/24/11-NOA2!!!

06/02/11-Interview, Approved!!

Married 09/17/11

AOS:

11/15/2011-AOS Packet Sent.

01/31/2011-AOS transferred to CSC.

02/01/2011-EAD Approved and Card Production E-mail.

02/07/2011-EAD Card Received in Mail.

The correct answer for the K-1 is "NA K-1 visa for permanent residency"

February 3, 2011 - application sent from NVC to Montreal (aka. the Abyss?)

March 7, 2011 - Packet 3 sent to me

March 10, 2011 - Packet 3 delivered to Montreal

March 21, 2011 - Packet 4 sent to me

April 5, 2011 - Medical

April 13, 2011 - Interview - approved!

April 20, 2011 - visa in hand

May 9, 2011 - POE (Buffalo, NY)

May 10, 2011 - wedding :)

I somehow missed the example K1 form for the I-134 and I stated something like you did... that I would furnish room and board, and necessary living expenses within my means.

Everything worked fine - but I wish I'd looked at the form :)
