Monyfer, I will not forget you and keep praying, but for now I have to join the happy NOA 2 club.

Hopefully dont have to join no other clubs in the next months, unless it is the " I got my visa in hand club"

Well unfortunately I guess I have to register for this club.

I am at 213 days with one recent RFE back in their hands.

Hoping for the rest of us to close this club soon for lack of members.

Met My Soul Mate Rina in Korea on November 30, 2008.

1st TRIP to PI on June 14, 2009.

Spent a week at Bluewater Resort in Cebu - Ecellent time- Highly Recommended

2nd TRIP to PI on Oct 2009.

Started first attempt at annulment - scammed by bad Attorney Carillo (my opinion)

Spent time at Flushing Meadows - Not as advertized in Bahol

Spent time at Waterfront down town Cebu - To Expensive and To upper class for this country boy but we had fun.

3rd TRIP to PI to see my Baby Ko again in Dec 2009.

Spent time in Manila and then Iligan.

Jan 2010 - Discovered annulment papers were fraudelent.

Hired another attorney from Davo- thanks to this site. Dimples Dulay - Great, awesome, Highly Recommended

4th TRIP to PI In April 2010

Filed more papers for annulement - Progressing well

Have the next Trip planned for August 2010 - Fingers crossed

Annulment Complete - May 2010

K1 Process Changed - June 2010 - trying to find out what changed.

5th TRIP to PI in August 2010.

Filed packet with USCIS - August 2010.

Grr, we're still here too :( :( Although my Senator's office called me yesterday stating he heard back from VSC and they are going to 'expedite' our case and we should get word within 7-10 days...here's to hoping!

I am happy for all of those who have left the club.....I have a feeling I am going to go down as the longest waiter for NOA2...and here I was ironically thinking the whole time our case would be a speedy one! Those of you who are waiting long because of RFEs...at least you know your case is being looked at and as soon as you supply the necessary documentation you will approved quickly. I hate just waiting and not knowing ANYTHING.

It took us 8 months, Monyfer. I honestly was starting to think we would never get an NOA2 until yesterday. Keep bothering your senator's office. I would call every day and chew the girl out on the phone. I dont know if they had anything to do with it or not but it at least gave me a little piece of mind. Also call USCIS and demand to speak with an immigration officer as they are slightly more helpful than the people who first answer the phone.

I spoke too soon this morning! We received our email/text this afternoon!!! :) :) I was in the middle of a meeting and had to excuse myself to celebrate in the hallway!!

Greetings All,

I must surrender my membership card as of 1300 today. Good luck to those still waiting and we pray for us all to finish soon.

We received an RFE as I posted on April 1, 2011 asking for more proof of the divorce from my X wife. I sent them another copy of the divorce decree and proof it was in the original packet.

We sent the responding documents back and they were signed for on April 5th.

We did not receive any news until yesterday which was that as of April 25th the responding documents had been received and were being reviewed.

Then an hour ago we received a text that as of April 26th They have approved our application and have sent it to NVC.

Right there with you! Took us 8 months and 8 days total at VSC before we got approval. We did get an RFE but not until we had waited 7 months. Now it seems as if getting it over to NVC is taking longer than usual ... but I already used up all my patience with VSC. :unsure: This is supposed to speed up after VSC, or so I thought.
