On the bright side, at least they're finally looking at your petition. Maybe it will be something easy to fix and you can get moving on quickly. Good luck and keep us informed.

Sorry to hear that, I got mine around that time too...Sent it and two weeks later i got my NOA2.....It will go fast....

I got my RFE notice last week, and the hard copy yesterday. They need my ENTIRE divorce papers, not just the divorce certificate that I got from the county. I sent it off today, and hope to get our NOA2 SOON!

It was such a long week from April 1st when we got the e-mail notice until the hardcopy came, telling us what we needed. Pure torture. Good luck. And like the others said, hopefully it is something simple and you can get your NOA2 soon.

I am also expecting an RFE for I did not know this website existed prior to making my 129F petition in December 2010. Last week, I sent about 75 pages worth of documents and supporting evidence to the CSC. I hope they are able to file it with my petition? I am sure they will hold it until my petition is reviewed. We feel for you; waiting all that time and then you get the big "OOPS". Hope all goes well for you after you send them what they want to see.

Yes you right extremerecluse..my fiancee has submitted our papers before I found this site and I really expected this RFE.. I have seen just few papers he sent and just one photo so think we still lacking more papers for that.. hope will arrive soon the hard copy so we can work this out... thanks for all the comments here I thank you all for the support..goodluck to all of us

Yes, that is a long time to wait for an RFE, but you are almost there!! Stay hopeful!!

Same happened to us over an irrelevant typo and with our luck happened when my fiance was away visiting her family for Chinese New Year which is a month long holiday. I had to wait a month for her to send the extra evidence they wanted. It took a month exactly from the day they received our RFE response until our NOA2. Make sure you send it express because even sending it express it took a week for them to acknowledge they received it.

I'm so sorry to hear about that. But don't worry because after you give back to them the RFE, you are going to be approved really fast. And then when you see is your interview day!!

JiaYou how did you see the USCIS RFE response Received.

I sent mine back on the 4th received on the 5th and my status still shows rfe issued on 04/01/2011

02-03-11 | RFE hardcopy received (AWESOME!!)

03-06-11 | RFE response sent overnight

03-14-11 | USCIS received RFE response
