Ok so i submitted my K1- 129F packet on 11/16/2010 to the Vermont Service Center.

I received NOA-1 on 11/18/2010.

Im expecting to get NOA-2 within the next month or so...

Should i wait for that or should i go ahead and send Affidavit of support ahead of time so that i do not have to wait...

Input please. let me know how you guys did it.. did u send it with initial packet..

also does anyone know how i should do the affidavit of support.. i do not have any dependents, my house hold size is currently 4 and we are all employed. my income is about $37,000 before taxes.

do i need to bother with including the rest of the house hold in my affidavit, or am i required to.

THank you very much in advance.

I think you sent in your K1 packet to TX and was routed to Vermont. Since you received your NOA1, I think there's no biggie with the info you provided.

As for your affidavit of support, you can now gather those documents you need to send to your fiancé/e. Though I think the I-134 should be signed and dated close to the interview date.

In addition, you will need current paycheck stubs. As someone already mentioned, you probably should wait until you actually get the NOA2 before signing any paperwork (that way it is current). However, now is a perfect time to start reading ahead and looking at all the forms and consulate specific requirements. Someone already posted great links with wealth of information. Good luck on your journey.

Thanks for the quick response.. i have been trying to research.. but not really much info out there on the SARAJEVO, BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA CONSULATE..

I already have most of my basic information

12 months of deposit records from bank

Bank Statement with account balance

submitting 2 years of W-2 (im not self employeed though).

My Boss agreed to write a letter for me stating my position, time with company, and of course that my position is full time.

and then i was going to send about 2-3 months of pay stubs.

my 401k balance.
